How long is a typical lead time?

Lead times are dependent on the particular part, but we stock thousands of parts and are well-versed in emergency jobs. Lead times can be anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks, depending on the situation. We have complete control over the manufacturing process, so quick delivery is always an option.

Do you manufacture valves for all filling machines?

We have been successfully manufacturing filling valves of all types for the past 15 years. If you have a valve on your filler, chances are we have manufactured a replacement. If not, we would be happy to visit your facility to audit the current filling system or analyze current samples. We have OEM valves shipped in every day from all over the globe to redesign and manufacture. Contact us for more information!

What does FBN stand for?

Technically, FBN stands for Fly By Night, but it was changed several years ago to Filling the Bottler's Needs. In 1984, Jim Turley decided to leave a very lucrative job to start his own business. The company was originally to be called BP2, Better Parts, Better Pricing, but after a comment from his late mother referencing her son off on another Fly by Night adventure, he decided on FBN.
